IIRC Nintendo didn't say anything specific yet, but my guess is that they're sold separately.

I hope this doesn't stay this way...I mean its not the worst thing in the world, but come on, adding in a dice roll to determine a winner isn't very difficult. That is pretty basic. It would be interesting if someone could build on this "AR Card" idea and add stats and an RPG like game. I would like that a lot.

It's nice to see they are still using the AR though. Even if it's a dumb game.

Well, OK I didn't even know it had a AR minigame. I was still interested in the game before and I still am..

It would have been a nice thing if the battles were "real".. but uh, I don't care. It doesn't affect the main game in the slightest.

i hope its only this game that has a pre determined outcome for AR card games. because i was thinking how yugioh would use such feature.
gonna buy the game but forget the cards waste of money...

one game i will not waste my money on for my son.. that blows. whats the point in "playing",or collecting the cards. or what ever. i think Nintendo ego, is starting to get in the way of then developing some real good games/systems..

Nintendo probably wishes that the news was not leaked...better to have scammed hundreds. and they tell the public.
