    1 screen

    what u need
    -UMDGEN v4 <a href="http://umdgen.ps3news.com/UMDGen_v4.00.rar" target="_blank">here</a>
    - PSP Fat, and Slim 3000 with CFW 5:50 GEN-D3 (5.03 Hen to 300)
    - Eboot.bin from <a href="http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RKDJCNAF" target="_blank">here</a>
    - ISO of the game.

    Tutorial:
    - Download everything we find in the link above.
    - We open KH: BBS with UMDGEN v4
    - Come folder PSP_GAME \ SYSDIR
    - Let's click on it with the debris on the white space
    - Click on Add-> Add Existing File ...
    - Add EBOOT.bin
    - If you ask us if we want to overwrite, say it
    - To click on Save at the top of UMDGEN
    - Save it as Uncompressed (.* ISO)
    - Does not work in *. CSO
    - The ISO we copy the folder of the PSP and now we can start playing.

    Configuring PSP
    - PSP Fat / Slim CFW 5:50 Jan-D3 or 5.03 (M33, HEN ...)
    - CPU Clock Speed: Default
    - If it works on other CFW tell!

    2 screen (add-on to 1 screen)

    - Download psplink_v2.0 <a href="http://www.megaupload.com/?d=L5E82Y9G" target="_blank">here</a>
    - Look in the folder that v1.5nocorrupt then in __SCE__psplink take the file psplink.prx
    - Put it in the folder "seplugins" of your PSP
    - Open all of the txt folder "seplugins" (if you do not have equal say) and instead of just put into writing this string: ms0: / seplugins / psplink.prx 1 "without quotes and maybe go for a copy on your PC of those files!
-I Saved Metteve you find in the first page!
    - To have the three screens do not have to put the saved! If you put you end up with only 2 screens!

people say the patch will be released this week

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->It seems that the patch for KH: BbS is already done and it works perfectly, however it has only one error, the Sony OFW 6.20 has some code related to Savegame.prx and the game looks for this function which isn't present in our current CFWs, so this blocks our access to the game, giving a black screen on the PSP yet again, when saving or loading, the solution as an Italian says, is to decrypt the 6.20 ISO, install the new prx and add that code of savegame.prx to over CFW, but to do so, we need to make a new CFW. Many say that they can reach the intro of the game, but that's a lie.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

rumour of a plug-in some poeple say it corrupts thier iso this is not confirmed

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

a type of patch is going to be released soon to go to the menu screen but then it freezes . the thing is a noob tested it and he has trouble putting the patch on Megaupload /facepalm
ok the noob (crosspc) he uploaded it and gave it back to the patcher for further progress.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->Well, the meeting now finished and we have shed light on the matter. I have a theory that seems to have been convincing to everyone:

The game itself has no internal protection. His basic decryptable any game, only to be done manually so a 6.20 would make automatic decryptor. Now our problem is something else.

The game has no protection, but a different system stored in the OFW version 6.20. This system is different from 5.00 M33 and 5.50 GEN, and thereby hangs not finding the file or section of code that search, however:

The tests were tested at a rate with the UMD GEN 5.50 D-3, and ISO. Tests:

Post-game UMD and ISO running: Game 100% functional
Set-UMD ISO removed and running: functional play, but if the game loads something (a cutscene, keep heading ...) crashes.

And this why? My theory is that, because the UMD, the game "takes" the files from the 6.20 update the game itself, loading the data from the UMD itself rather than on the flash0. This is because the game does not require access to the Memory Stick Data unless an Install. I think if there is no UMD, although the game is not on the Store, you can change the line of code to access the MS. Everything is centralized in Archivito: System Data.

This file is simple, is the trigger for all charges and saved the game. And one final charge is the fight against a boss, a change in the world, a cutscene ... not several protections in the game. The problem occurs when the game "find" the files that relate kept the 6.20, and not find them.

So my theory is this. It should create a plugin rather strange, but already has a predecessor: Anti CFW. This new plugin you have to do is include or emulate the needed files from the 6.20, and should be tried, or that the game creates a UMD inserted to bring those files, or change any lines of code in the ISO in order to restore its load him. And here enters the picture CWCheat, a trick + the plugin would achieve this.

This is only an assumption, but of course copy operation is a mere failure of compatibility. We must either change, or emulate, through a plugin or in the CFW, the files that relate to the saved and loaded the 6.20, some of vsh prx / module of the flash0. With that, the game will have no problem with the loads, and what does this mean? That will have nothing more to protect themselves.

That is, the patch IS READY AND FINISHING, but now you need the game ISO is created that, without the UMD, we are able to read those files from the 6.20. The easiest solution is a 6.20 CFW, but since it is possible for now, a plugin is the best solution. Only work on 5.50 GEN D-3, because we rely on your modules.

    A greeting.

PS: In this we must have patience, a lot. This method may seem convincing, is based on our discussions and may not be entirely correct. It is possible that 2ch already have the key, but we think it is, and will try to start the plugin. How can you help? Anti-CFW, we need your code, can be useful if the mechanism it uses. Like the ChickHEN, a shutdown of the PSP is a fused plug, and back to activate it, but is the only solution without new firmware.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

    that explains some stuff
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->Andrea and the French are discussing other hypotheses and theories to arrive at the patch.

It is thought to make a Game Decrypter v5

I do not understand exactly what is missing. Why not do instead of discussing everything and nothing else? If the problem is the lack of a programmer, I am here. Only there you will be satisfied with things I know.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

hi im not sure if this will help but it's still an update i guess

Info from 'Taelsien' who just joined gbatemp to tell me this

    A) Yeah, I'm posting
    B) If you report me for posting, it'll do jackshit because these aren't forum rules, they're your rules. And no one listens to your rules
    C) Well, I guess it's good to have an updated post about this. Nice job.

yea this seems good, at least for some of us (me) who doesn't know these sites can still be kept updated
    =)
Seems like the saving part of the game is interrupting with the progress of the patch.

I'm only posting to provide clearer directions to people that want to reproduce the red screens on their own. (mezut, you can edit this into your first post if you want; I think it'd be more useful there).

How to get to the 1st red screen - patching the ISO:
Need: UMDgen, eboot.bin, and an ISO of KH:BBS.
This should work on both M33 and GEN firmware (which means PSP 1000, 2000, and 3000).[*]Run UMDGen and open your BBS iso.[*]In UMDGen, navigate to the SYSDIR folder in PSP_GAME.[*]In another window (not UMDGen), go to the eboot.bin file downloaded.[*]Drag the downloaded eboot.bin file onto the right pane of the UMDGen window and tell it to overwrite the existing file.[*]Click the save button at the top of UMDGen and save it as uncompressed (*.ISO)[*]Copy the iso to your PSP (to the ISO folder) and play it.
How to get to the 2nd/3rd red screens - installing the psplink plugin:
    Need: psplink
This will only help if the iso is already patched, so be sure to follow the first set of instructions before these.[*]After unarchiving the psplink download, go to v1.5_nocorrupt and then __SCE__psplink.[*]Move psplink.prx to the seplugins folder on the PSP.[*]If there is no game.txt file in seplugins, then create a new text file, paste ms0:/seplugins/psplink.prx 1 into it and save it as game.txt.[*]If there is already a game.txt file in seplugins, then open it and add ms0:/seplugins/psplink.prx 1 as another line at the end.[*]Restart your PSP and then play the game.Note: when I did this, keeping the psplink.prx plugin enabled made my PSP unable to return to the XMB from a game with the home button. if that happens for you, too, then you can disable the plugin by going to recovery mode (turn off the PSP completely, turn it on while holding R), going to plugins, going to psplink.prx [GAME] (Enabled) and clicking x.

    Never!
I can post if i want to!
Could we possibly decrypt the 6.20 prxs and find a exploit using the
    ''PRXdecrypter v2.3a''?

This is a good thread, if there aren't any notes to go around when the patch is released then this is the next best thing.

    Hopefully it'll work with m33.

Best of luck to those involved.

Okay guys, here's the bottom line: One warning then you're out (Warn increase). And in the chance you're dumb enough to keep going, it'll be stepped up.

This thread will only be about posting updates to progress. There will be no conversation or random banter or "thank you" posts. People want information without having to dig through pages of clutter to find what they want to see, so until the situations clear we're going to keep this clean. Okay? (Don't actually respond to this saying okay [IMG])

Also Update: Apparently a savedata plugin has been made. Not sure if I can post the megaupload link tho.

UPDATE: The plugins were released to help with the making of the patch.

just an update do not start a debating whether the plug-in is legit or not.

from what ive heard when you use the save data plug-in it corrupts your iso im going to test it later but for now iv got to get back to work. ill post the results later.

    plug-in

turns out it was the source code so it need to be compiled but no big deal. ill try it after lunch so in about 30 min - 1 hour

ok nevermind it does have the prx in it

That's actually the source code to make the savedata plugin. The plugin itself may be released later today (or tomorrow, depending on your time zone)
