KFC Loaded Doritos nachos

Meh.
They're supposed to be loaded nachos but don't bother. A handful of Doritos, a few reconstituted chicken meatballs (I think it's what they call "popcorn chicken", maybe), sprinkled with cheese and a squirt of sauce. Lightly warmed up but not enough to melt the cheese for that real loaded nacho goodness. The "tex mex" version comes with nacho cheese Doritos and BBQ sauce, the spicy version comes with chili flavor Doritos and some unpleasantly hot hot sauce. Not worth the money or the bother, both in amount and in quality. 2/5, would not recommend.

They really just sell them like that? I've seen truck stop do that but not an actual restaurant

Yeah, street food style. They just open a bag of Doritos and dump everything in there.
