The EZ Flash forum has been down for a while now. Another bad sign.

It's not a bad sign, the forum is often attacked to lock the sql database. Chinese spam bots are great at that job.
A trouble ticket is opened. Nothing can be done by the webmaster sosuke.
The problem is on the host side.

Just need to wait the webhost intervention now.

Get a better SD. Sorry, special mode 4 and above fixes it on my AData 8GB class 6.

Sorry, Sandisk sells slow, over priced crap these days. Their "Extreme" stuff is good but the prices on them are just absurd.

Hopefully it at least fixes the issues with the games that lost compatibility, adds some speed to WarioWare DIY's saving (optional), and gets Golden Sun and Mario vs DK to work. Anything beyond that would be awesome.

Still searching for one of the apparently two SD cards that work with EZ Flash's special mode. Ugh. Failure.

I saw a Sony 8 gig SDHC, the only 8 gig SDHC in the giant 13-story Ikebukuro Bic Camera, but it was a whopping 4300 yen, close to 50 bucks. Way more than the damn EZ Flash card itself!

I suppose I could waste an afternoon trekking over and scouring Akihabara.

If only we could get this kernel update!! We're almost at the end as it is -- the only game to come that will have challenging AP is the English version of Pokemon B/W.

Come on, guys! We're dying here! Pretty please?

Just need to find the problem on the hybrid mode that appeared since k3.0ob3 about some old games.

Do you mean fixed for the new kernal that will be released, or fixed as in we can use Special Mode? If its the latter, I think everybody here knows I don't consider that fixed. If you mean the first one, then I love it and can't wait! Now my only problem is that I can't find my DSi charger. >.< Oh well. My wife got me Splatterhouse for Christmas, so that'll keep me until the new kernal comes out and/or I find the charger. Lol?

Games fixes on the kernel 3.0 line are mainly done to avoid the use of the special mode.
Same thing is done on the dstwo with the ndspatch.dat and the system3.dat when a game require clean mode.

Who said the dstwo doesn't require any patch to run new games ?

Aw, you made me feel like this kernal was made for me.

I feel so special. Lol. Thank you so much! Now I'm going to dig out my DSi charger and give this baby a go. I'll post my results if anything happens. I think I'll tweek my Zelda theme and make it look better today too, release a 1.1 for Christmas.

BTW, the team is still investigating about the hybrid mode problem.
They decided to release ob4 anyway to not delay the Christmas day release.

Yeah, I tested a few of the old games I way having issues with. Oddly enough, Spiderman: Shattered Dimensions works now, but the others still have issue.

Feel the Magic: XX:XY (Black top screen, white bottom screen)
PuyoPOP Fever (Black screens)
Super Mario 64 DS (White screens)

I was also hopeful to see Rabbids Go Home start working, but it froze on black screens right after the Ubisoft logo. >.< I'll post this in the game issues forum too so OB5 (or OB4.1 maybe) can have some information.

And I still can't load Golden Sun. Mario vs DK works great, but GS didn't load for me. Maybe I have a bad copy. I'll post back if I can't get it to work.
