There are a few misconceptions that I would like to clear up in this thread.
First: The people who want you to stop using RXTools aren't doing it to be mean, but because they care. They see a problem and the know the best way to fix it is to actually fix it. RXTools actually has a lot of bugs that will never be fixed, thus switching away from it is the best option. No one is trying to force anyone to do anything, they are just trying to help.
Second: Corbenik has a target audience. If you don't know how to use Corbenik, you aren't that target. It was never meant to replace nor compete with Luma3DS. In fact even the creator encourages people to use Luma3DS if they can't figure out Corbenik. This isn't meant to be mean, Corbenik is suppose to be complicated because it's targeted for Advanced/Powerusers.
Third: Every CFW has a reason and I made a thread for that very reason to explain those reasons. If you love one CFW over another, that's great, but don't dump on people who use something different.
Fourth: Though there is no immediate threat from using MenuHAX/RXTools, it's still advice people update. Just because a problem hasn't happened yet, doesn't mean it won't happen in the future. A9LH+Any of the current CFWs is far more future proof. As well Decrypt9 has all the same tools as RXTools, but more stable.

The main problem is for o3DS. Many ppl will never go to a9hl because of the risk of another downgrade. In my case I'm fine with ctrbootloader.

After all, Luma, RxTools, Corbenik, SaltFW are cfw. Both of them have different functions and adavantage. In my case use Luma or RxTools is the same exactly I just use it to play my backup. But when RxTools will definitivly stop working bye bye.

the difference between 9.2 downgrade and 2.1 downgrade is you can use a CTRNAND transfer, so safer, easier, and quicker

The old downgrade process has been replaced with CTRNAND transfer, which is a lot faster and has almost no chance of bricking.
They turned the 4 hours of backing up NANDS into like 30 minutes (max) of just do a CTRNAND transfer and you are done.
