Well if you had it on the system before all you have to do is start the DSi Shop then when it loads select start shopping then settings in settings select titles you have downloaded then select Internet browser and it will redownload.

Honestly if there was a browserhax for the DSi it would have been found by now. It's not impossible, just extremely unlikely that there is a possible exploit to be found.
