You misunderstand. I know I am buying bootleg or non-commercial aftermarket items. They don't even send it, then give me a Winit or tracking number that doesn't exist with a delivery estimate of around two months. So it's never even in any kind of system whether it is Chinese Post or the China exclusive Winit dropshilping hub. I have always got a refund, usually voluntarily through the seller, but two months of my life are gone and I have to try to get the item from another Chinese then, since it only exists through them. A couple bad deals and you are looking at half a year to get what you wanted.
