So can I ask the order of the wiiu processes and checks it makes when booting up? And what files it checks for when it does these processes. actually not all, just ones relating to usb and vwii. And tell me if its before the layer of security is added or after.

vWii is launched from seperate NAND chip.
When vWii tries to boot, it loads both IOS'es and cIOS, so if you bricked one, you're screwed.

You can probably find some infos on wiiubrew.org

Keep in mind we don't have access to the whole wii u boot process yet. Boot1 cannot be decrypted without the wii u boot1 key, so it's content is unknown, it may be doing some checks/initializing things. It should do something similar to what the MCP does when relaunchig the OS.

What guide did you follow? Did you perform a full nand backup? If you did then you can fix with a hard mod and a teensy++
