Hardware just asking about 3ds

hi everyone i just want to know
my 3ds version is 2.2.04U and the latest is 4.5 i think. if i update my 3ds will it go to the latest verion 4.5 or 3.0.0?

just making myself sure because i dont have a r4 3ds yet hehe

It will update to 4.5.0-10. Everytime you update something, it will go to the latest version to make it "better". BUT think it slowly because maybe tomorrow you want to buy a flashcard but you updated your 3DS and the only one you can buy is so expensive...
