Anyway, here is the problem I am having. I am not sure if anyone has posted this yet. Whenever I turn on the game and go to the menu it says,
????????????????? - Game data has been erased

And because of that, I am not able to load my save file. Anyone know how to fix this?

To answer my own question, I found the problem. I had changed the save file size on my Wood R4. I changed it back to default, deleted my old save, and it worked.

do moves I tell him sometimes and if I choose a move it makes me pick

I have to agree with this, seeing as I'm one of those people who was planning on uploading battles once a B/W metagame is established. If they won't even let us show off our own personal battles then that's just selfish on their part.

I guess on the plus side, this does mean Smogon may not be able to establish a Metagame. Not that I'd care, as I retired from Competitive Battling in HGSS. Don't have time for it anymore, and I have less fun that way.

You guys are all being ridiculous and selfish. The game is by far one of the better creations they've ever produced [you can tell actual thought was put into the layout and design of the game]. It's bad enough we have pirates cracking through their protection and making it look like child's play, but now you're all getting your panties in a bunch cause they asked sites to remove their files?

I'm willing to bet this is only a temporary thing until it's localized, and at that point, it would be a losing battle to try and hunt down EVERYONE posting images of their game. So just chill out. It's not like they said "Take all these tutorials on how to play our game down, and stop talking about it, because it's ours, and we're gonna be mean and blah blah blah".

Protip guys, this Nintendo DMCA letter was obviously a fake, the guy from Pokebeach got the same letter and he figured out it was a fake. Too bad Serebii Joe isn't smart enough to figure that out. Check it out:

We just got a letter from Nintendo (edited to remove personal info obviously) asking to take down all of our Black and White images or bad stuff will happen. I called the lawyer who sent the letter and he said he'll be making the rounds on other Pokemon sites as well and that they're doing an investigation. I was first on their list. I'm about to go out while Bangiras plays the game due to a family emergency but I have 24 hours to remove the images. Joy! Anyways, we'll continue to play the game and report what we find like we've been doing. Oh and the lawyer said he likes my site.
