Looking for some advice on where to start looking...
After replacing the sd reader socket , neither of my joycon rails seem to be detecting the joycons. The left joycon connector did get alightly singed from the heat in replacing the connector but looks to be fine and the latch operates as it should.
The original issue was a missing pin from the sd connector.
