I have an old switch V1 with rcm exploit
The right joycon rails is defective so the right joycon keep disconnecting by itself randomly

Any way to « disable » rails connection to keep joycon connected in Bluetooth ?

Not that I know of.

A new rails is like $5 on Amazon so that might be the most easiest way to solve your problem.
