Hi,
The right joycon on my switch disconnects alot to the point I can't play games, tried wireless & the same is happening.

Battery seems full & I have replaced the rail on the controller but this didn't help.
I also tried another joycon from different switch & no issues with disconnecting so the problem is inside the joycon not the switch but what could it be? any help is greatly appreciated

Did you try removing the controller from the settings menu and then having it reconnect the controller once again?
Sometimes that solves the issue.

No signs of corrosion due to some liquid damage?
It's safe to clean the PCB with some isopropyl alcohol or any other alcohol that does not contain water.

Sometimes strange things can happen with lithium batteries when they are at the end of their life.
Joycons are said not to work without a battery or a dead battery, even in docked mode.
So maybe the battery is almost at it's end.

I suspect it could be a battery issue but it's showing as fully charged in the switch menu,if it was drying it shouldn't show as Full charged or could it ? I will swap both joycon batteries & see what happens
