Hardware Joy con not detected

Hello, i have several joy cons, all have the same problem, they are not detected when attached to the console, i tried synchronising them, they work wirelessly, i tried also to replace the joy con rail and the sr & sl buttons, it didn't work !
Please help.

No, i have other consoles, same problem, joy con not detected in all of them !!!

ok , how many joycon (same side) wont work ? , how many switch tested ?
and , other joycon can work on your switch ?

4 joy cons, left and right, and i have many consoles, hacked, not hacked, 2018, 2019, same problem, i'm sure that the problem is with the joy cons

ok , its joycon for me too.

but if your rail on joycon is new... i cant help you sorry. i have repair a lot of joycon but i never see that!
