Hardware Joining ISO files?

Just ripped a wii game with clean rip in 1GB chunks, but for the life of me cannot now remember how to reconstitute them into one ISO.

Complete noob question I know but help appreciated.

Unix (linux and I presume OSX)

Example
cat file1 file2 file3 > completefile.file
