...Is this some kind of joke? You can't just say "I'm making this game go make it for me". You can't expect to pull together a competent team when you have no idea what you're doing. This is pretty obviously something you've never done before, and you couldn't be going about it in more of a wrong way.
For one, you're not porting MUGEN to DS. You're trying to throw together some kind of new game based on MUGEN, and making more work in the process. Making a game that looks like MUGEN doesn't work for MUGEN. It has to be...MUGEN. If you understand what I mean.
Second, you're basically doing nothing. You're telling people to make the game based on whatever you happen to come up with. Hate to break it to you, but making a menu mockup in Photoshop isn't a valid contribution for someone that's supposed to be in charge of a project.
Third, do you honestly think you'll come up with a quality game by just asking anyone that wants to help to do some part? You're going to get a bunch of people without much real experience putting together a subpar project that will probably fall apart before you actually get anywhere.
I can't see this going anywhere at all. A team leader needs to know what he's doing, and you don't seem to have a clue. That can't go over well.
