Would it be possible to run a version of Atmosphere on a jetson nano 2GB, to build a permanent TV Switch, obviously it will need active cooling, Bluetooth module, but the possibility to build your own switch for under £100 with similar specs and hardware.

NO since Atmosphere needs Horizon OS to run and i'm sure you cant make Nintendo software to run on that
just buy second hand OG v1 Switch

As stated earlier, you need Horizon in order to run Atmosphere. If you're looking for a cheaper way to get a hacked Switch, just find a broken online and repair it.
