ROM Hack Japanese Hexadecimal Table Needed

Hey.
I've been trying to translate Gyakuten Kenji 2 to English and since there isn't a patch for that I've been trying to translate it.
I've unpacked the NDS file and found a file called Speech.bin. I got a hex editor called WindHex, but I need a Japanese hexadecimal table so
I can find out what character the hex is. It can to be a tbl file or just a url for me to look at.

It's better to use hex editor which supports Japanese. I prefer to use MadEdit for that.

Just a question, am I supposed to be able see the text that prints in the game in the hex editor, or not?
I've been reading the stuff on romhacks.com, but I can't find the tutorial. All I can find is the resources.

If it's stored without compression/modification - yes.

I can't seem to find the text.

The rom is unedited, too.
I'll tell you what I've done.
I got the rom.
I unpacked it with dsbuff.
Opened WindHex.
Loaded speech.bin in WindHex.
Loaded table in WindHex.
Pressed CTRL D.

Did I skip some step? I tried all the other files to and still no in game text.

The game doesn't use standard Shift-JIS, so you won't be able to read the text using Shift-JIS table.

There's a Gyakuten Kenji 2 (or maybe Ace Attorney Investigation 2) thread somewhere in this forum. There are some discussions in there and some links to court-records forum where you can read more about what people have done with the hacking.

(If you haven't hacked any game before, this game might be quite difficult. It needs some complicated hacking.)
