does anyone know if you can display Japanese characters in cmd prompt if you're using an English system? I recently made an xm360 database of Japan's 360 content (uploaded it here and psx-place), but it really messed up the Japanese characters. they're a garbled mess like you'd expect from something that doesn't understand the characters. I'm pretty sure it's cmd prompt and not excel that's the problem here. I can write in Japanese in excel (just tested), so it's cmd prompt that's the problem.
