Dragon Ball Origins is awesome. I have never seen an episode of DB either, but its a really enjoyable game regardless if you have seen the show. Way better than 90% of licensed games out there.

Those aren't eally anime games.... more like anime-styled games (Final Fantasy has the cool animes though)

Japanese anime series games:
Jump! Ultimate Stars- More manga-styled..... but thats where animes originate from anyway. ~MUST TRY~

with translation patch of course
Bleach/ Hitman Reborn/ Naruto fighter games: Great fighting games and they come from animes (mangas are better though IMO)
Or you could get the Bleach 3rd- a SRPG, Naruto path of the ninja- RPG

Anime-styled games:
Rune Factory 1/2- Nice opening.... Anime style characters and presentation
Luminous Arc 1/2- SRPG with anime-ish character design

Definitely Katekyoushi Hitman Reborn!! I played Fate of Heat.

The anime was Awesome as well!

And the game is great. But then I played it in Japanese and I didn't really understand it so now I'm gonna try playing it with an English patch.

Actually there were 2 mini-game "collection" Hitman Reborn games that were pretty good but not EXCELLENT....

0988 - Katekyoo Hitman Reborn! DS - Shinuki Max! Vongola Carnival!! (J)(Independent) and 3123 - Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn DS Mafia Daishuugou Vongole Festival (J)(Caravan) I think.... Not all Hitman reborn games are great.
