Hacking I've been away from the scene a while, will this card work for Luma

I'm looking to get Luma CFW on my 11.6-39 old 3DS and I dont feel comfortable buying from some of these websites that want me to direct paypal them and have it shipped from china. I found the 'New R4I 2017 SDHC' on newegg and it seems to be listed as compatible on the 3ds.guide list of cards, however when I google it everything I find says it wont work, granted these threads are from 6+ months ago. Thanks for the help guys!
