    If you cant get the points to count on your hip as you walk or shake it and still not working
    just call nintendo and they well send you a new one ASAP as they get them well i am going to Gamestop to get a new one that way as well

    I doubt you'd have to send your broken one in, these things are probably worth less than a buck.
    They would definitely have to verify that you bought the game though, via the registration code probably.
