I’m running Atmosphère 1.10.2 on firmware 21.2.0. After a short loading time, JKSV crashes (always at the same exact point shown in the screenshots) and returns to the HOME menu. I updated everything following the instructions from this thread, but JKSV is the only app that refuses to launch. Additionally, 90DNS no longer seems to work — when I run the 90DNS tester, it reports that everything is unblocked.
