Homebrew Issue with Pokemon on Citra

So I've randomized pokemon on an actual 3ds before, but I no longer had one so I tried to do it for citra following this video:

If anyone has any Idea how I fix this or anything, that would be amazing.

It doesn't seem like you've set up Citra correctly. Have you used it before? Either way it looks like it's missing files that need to be dumped from your 3DS. Follow this and it should fix it. https://citra-emu.org/wiki/dumping-system-archives-and-the-shared-fonts-from-a-3ds-console/

It works fine before I try to randomize it. It just gives me that error after I randomize and rebuild it.

For some reason its a larger size after rebuilding it too.
