About a few days again I began to downgrade my RedNAND to 2.1.0.. At one point during the downgrade it would give me an error. So I would restore the NAND and try again. It still wouldn't work.

I then deleted the updates files and folder and replaced them, once I did that I was unable to boot Luma. It would just give me a black screen. Is there any way to fix this?

Did you update the rednand to the latest firmware before doing the downgrade?

Also, did you even restore the rednand before replying about the black screen?
