Hacking ISO stopped working

I have an ISO of Catherine, and it used to work, now it doesn't. I have no idea why, it was a proper dump. I verified it with an IRD and generated it using makeps3iso (the good one, the one IRISMan uses), and it won't play no matter what I use to mount it with, IRISMan, WebMan, MultiMan. Is there something I can do to fix it? Is it a cache thing or something?

Delete the install data and let it reinstall, and retry.
