ISFSshax minute menu not loading

Im trying to install ISFShax to fix the error 160 that i keep getting when I try to play games and i've been following the tutorial step by step but i'm stuck on the launching into minute section. Im using tiramisu and whenever i hold down B and click on fw_img_loader, my wii u gamepad and tv just gets stuck on the wii u logo screen indefinitely. I dont know if its a problem with the files I have or the sd card but im pretty lost.

I have the exact same problem, did you find a fix?
Edit: found a fix, i downloaded the the fw image but encrypted and renamed it to "fw" and copied that to the root of my sd card

Would you be able to help out with instructions on how to do this? I'm stuck at this same spot.
