I agree, I think the poll would be more useful with "not banned" options for all of them.

Why would you vote before you're banned? There isn't an option to say "I haven't been banned". If you want to see the results, you can just press the "View Results" button. Thats what I'm doing.

I thought I did see one.

a "not ban" option would be bad once the user is banned, he can't edit his answer to the poll.
I think this thread is more to see the possible way to get banned.
