Hacking Is "www.mod3dscards.com" a trustworthy site?

Just like the title says, is www.mod3dscards.com legit and trustworthy? They were on Team Xecuter's where to buy list but I can't seem to find out whether they are legit or not.
I kist bought their switch lite modchip and I'm hoping they're reputable.

I don't see why they wouldn't be. i mean, i ordered my SX Pro from them back when the second batch of those came out and got it in working order. If something goes wrong, just do a charge back on your card to get your money back.

I made an order with them on May and looks like the Website is no more and its almost July and I got nothing. Their Twitter is still up but website looks like is down(Nintendo did this?). So yeah they stole my money.

They made a new website due to the whole Nintendo lawsuit quite a while back. If you live in the US I wouldn't order from them. I have to use a website like reship to ship to canada first to get my SX Lite because they're too afraid to ship directly to the US. I could of got a refund at any time though and theyve been mostly communicative on their discord.
