That makes sense for stock level, but wewaware is local to me, and it appears he dodges emails and calls after he receives your money as others have also experienced. If he's got no stock at least he should respond to my emails and tell me he's got no stock. Ignoring buyer's emails and not responding is a big red flag in my book.

if its local u should go in.they may have a warehouse that is local but if no stock they cant do anything and even then most them shops seem to recognize/celebrate chinese new year so they don't reply to mail or anything.

BTW this is not the case for every shop just a hint if u bought from them in February.

I wish I'd have talked to you before. It's been over two weeks and I haven't heard from him. Not once. If only I knew where he's selling his stuff I'll talk to him personally, I'm within transit distance. Sigh.

"Cheaps stuffs quick response" my ass. It's relatively cheaper but still, Expensive and NO response. Not worth the couple of $$ you might've saved, although I still don't know if I'm getting my product or not.

If you paid via Paypal go open up an "item not received" dispute and escalate it to a claim at the same time. You can include the no response emails for Paypal to review. They should likely rule in your favour.

wewaware.com is slick in that he gives you an option to pay by electronic money transfer and not charge you shipping (he charges an extra $5 if I recall correctly if paying by Paypal). For the people who take this bait there is no recourse as you cannot file a claim or do chargebacks on money transfer.

As to where he's located, he does not have a physical store. He ships out of a condo in the Leslie and Hwy 7 area.

This guy doesn't respond to emails. I sent emails asking about stock (site still quotes early Jan as a shipping date).
Likely just walked away from the business and left it running to get free cash off of people that wouldn't dispute.

I can also say that I haven't heard back from him via email, albeit I didn't actually buy anything; I simply made an inquiry about that bank transfer thing.

Ya I just made an order for 5 the other day and I haven't heard from him... I have also asked if there was any deals on bulk purchases and nothing.... I normally deal with Game4deals but with our poor Canadian dollar I figure it wasn't a bad idea... starting to regret it now. I'll file a dispute if I don't hear from him in a few days

where is the warehouse located i cant find any contact information on the website. just an email.

Per his website:

"WeWaWare is located in the Great Toronto Area (Leslie / Hwy 7 in Richmond Hill)."

Not a store, but he ships out of his condo or meets you downstairs for pick-ups.

Hey guys, this is what I just sent to Sky3ds and I'll be sending to PayPal as well:

I just wanted to bring to your attention the supposed Sky3ds Canadian reseller wewaware.com as they are a scam.

I am not saying this lightly. I thought it was rather sketchy they were changing $20 for shipping but that's fine, what's really sketchy is that they offer free shipping if you use your bank account instead of PayPal to buy.

I used PayPal of course despite the extra cost because of their buyer protection. When I placed the order however I received no confirmation email that the order was placed but my PayPal was still charged the money.

I emailed their support: [email protected] right away to make sure they received my order and provide tracking details. After a week of no response I emailed them again for follow up. 2 weeks later still no response and after 3 emails I now need to go to PayPal to dispute.

for an update, I contacted sky3ds and it seems they have also taken wewaware down as a reseller for canada.

I also got my money refunded through paypal. Glad I went the paypal route.

Its not a scam, you don't get a conformation email you'll get contacted by him when he's shipping
it mostly because its just him running it. I felt the same as you even though many have told me its legit
and asked him for a refund and he gave me one within a day
