Its not a scam, you don't get a conformation email you'll get contacted by him when he's shipping
it mostly because its just him running it. I felt the same as you even though many have told me its legit
and asked him for a refund and he gave me one within a day

Forgot to add. The editor should really add a note to the NAND Dump. Mine took over 2 hours. There's no info that it could take so long.
