Hacking Is Upgrading 3.1U to 3.2U Possible Without The Internet?

I have a 3.1U firmware and have homebrew installed fully functional using the Zelda hack.

New games like Boom Blox and Excitebots give me an "Error #002" message. I guess I need to update the firmware.

Is it possible to do it without an internet connection?

I have a wireless router but have no idea how to access it or recover the password.

I also tried the Region Changer in Homebrew to downgrade to a 3.2U but an error message comes up every time.

I am very new at this and appreciate all your help.

I believe some Nintendo games have the updates on disc. Mario Kart for one.

Actually, no disc has it. Mario Kart has 3.1

Thanks Alex, I have that game too but no idea how to install the update from it.

There's an option to play online (which may have the update) but I have no internet connection.

Would you know how to access the 3.2 update on Mario Kart?

When you put a game in that has an update higher than yours, it'll ask you to install the update. But since MKwii has 3.1 and so does your Wii, it doesn't prompt an update.

I'm pretty sure no games have a 3.2 update.
