Hacking Is trading allowed?

Hey guys, here's my situation. I ordered a DS Lite, Acekard 2i, and 3 in 1 expansion plus all at the same time. I received my DS Lite and Acekard a week before the 3in1. When I got the DS Lite, it was broken so I traded it in to gamestop for 70$ credit towards a DSi. When I got the DSi, I completely forgot that it didn't have a GBA slot. I like the DSi and i'm going to keep it so I don't have any need for my new 3in1 and I have no idea what to do with it. I can't put it on ebay without the listing being removed.

Thanks, and about the spam. Most my posts are from the huge pokemon threads. No excuse, I know, but I like to keep involved
