Hacking Is this possible without 3DS mode?

I'm kind of dissapointed that in Pilot Wings Resort, free flight mode has a max of 2 minutes and changes into 5 minutes or something, but even that isn't enough.

Then it hit me, AR codes!

Is it possible to run AR codes for 3DS games via a DS flashcart?

AR codes are patching instructions and RAM, which is a form of hacking.
