No acekards are totally not legit what were you thinking! Any buying them from an official trusted sponser, man whats wrong with you. Did you hack the servers because why do we have whole support fourm all about this flashcart? Gosh the morons we have here these days. Because seriously who gets an acekard?

I believe DX sells legit acekards only.

Charmandersrule: I'm not sure whether you interpreted him right, so don't be so harsh. I think he is just asking DX is selling the real cards (many cards such as R4 are cloned). And acekard 2i is a very good flashcard.

DX shipping can take 1-2 weeks, in my experience, but it could be faster/slower depending on item availability and where you live.

yes that is the legit Acekard2i and as far as shipping with Dealextreme its usually 1-2 weeks depending on where you live.

The Acekard 2i is a very good card.

Check out their website for pictures to ensure that you receive a REAL Acekard from your dealer becuase there are counterfeits around.

(Quick check that I use to validate authenticity is to load the card with AKAIO firmware - if it loads and runs you have a genuine Acekard.)

For what it is worth, in my opinion, AKAIO in an Acekard 2i has more features and represents a significant improvement over the firmware supplied by Acekard.

For compatibility, price, and versatility, it is one of the better cards around right now.

more likely reason to wait even more, you will get boored in litrature waiting for a simple card to let you have your own deserved fun
anyways, it matter on how you mean it
1. are the cards legit? 99% of the times, yes, Team Acekard visited them long time ago and aproved that they are fine
2. are flashcarts legit? well lets see, it flashes the cartiage slot-1 slot and runs a "illusional" system and uses a different operation system to run differnt ROMS, which are games downloaded instead of bought... yeah sounds pretty legit to me, we are pirates after all! ROM ROM ROM ROM (note : Rom can stand to a drink as well, drink which is usually drank by pirates)

Just got a new AK2i fromm dx last week, for $13 and it was totally legit.

Shocked me because I was sure for $13 I was gonna get a crappy clone.

It took about 10 days for me to get it.

Everything works great. Only game I have had to patch was Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, which I don't mind doing considering a lot of cards won't even play it at all, even with patching.

One thing I love about this card is the internal rom trim option. Copy the untrimmed rom onto the card, then copy it internally to another folder and it automatically trims them. Saves quite a bit of space.

For sure a huge upgrade from my ancient passcard + M3 Perfect slot2 solution. Cool thing is I can still use the M3 for GBA. So now I have 8GB worth of DS games on the AK2i, and 2gb worth of GBA games on the M3. That's a crapton of gaming on the go.
