the best way to identify genuine controllers is by checking the controller board and it must be aka jdm-xxx

but some fakes have some bug, for example, my friend has a zct1 controller with a light bar and we know zct1 doesn't has a light bar and they appeared in zct2 models. then we opened it and checked the board and we saw a fake board.

Without opening a controller, one thing that i have noticed is the lightbar light. when we press on, it blinks 30 times (15 seconds). and when you put it in bluetooth pairing mode, its about 50 to 55 seconds.
the light on ds4 v1 and v2 are perfectly in sync on an original (yes both are the same). I always take a known original and compare these two blink sequences. Never got a fake till now.
