Gaming is this any good

i found this: http://www.modchipstore.com/XCM-vga-1080p-...-box-16449.html and it supposedly works with xbox 360, wii, and ps3. so i was wondering if anyone else had got one of these before and if you have:
1) is it any good
2) is it easy to install for a beginner (getting it for my friend)
3) where can i find a guide on how to install it

1) I have not seen any bad reviews that I rate as a good review.
2) Did you ever play square peg in square peg hole games as a kid?

However if it is only for a 360 then I suggest a 360 VGA cable instead as they are probably less than half the price and you can even buy them in the real world.
