The packaging is the real one, the ones that come in box's are fake. Check the DSTT forum though, im sure there is a sticky there that deals with this issue.

Probably the DSi firmware update it's talking about, rockstar. Anyways, that card looks legit. The sticker on the card and the packaging all look legit, so feel free to put the newest firmware for the DSTTi on it.

go to the site dstt home page go to the downloads section then download the dstt check after wards drag and drop the .nds file

odd are it's real use the dstti checker on the offficial site like quickfingers said.
on another note: dude clean the contacts on the card they look kinda dirty, you don't want connectivity issues.
