Yeah, it's legit. I received two DSTWO carts, one from ShopTemp and one from RealHotStuff. Both came in the same box and both work, I should know...I tested them. =P Anyway, if you want to know if it's fake, try it out, even though I haven't heard of any fake DSTWO's.

I only got the DSTwo cause it was my birthday and I made it into the advanced classes for highschool.

I got it today. It's the chinese version which confused me for a few hours. I had to load the chinese kernel instead of the english kernel.
