    No, not sure.
    It looks the exact same, and came in the same box.
    The only thing is that my one is black.

    More than likley.
    Either way, it's still a shitty cart and an even worse 'investment' that will only serve you pain & stress for as long as you own it!

    I've never had any problems with it.
    Apart from not being able to play Mario and Luigi 3.

    The last actual r4 carts were made in 2007, so most likely yes. its a clone.

    If it works on any DSi or can take SD cards bigger than 2 gigs, then it's a clone.
    If it has ANYTHING added to its name (IE: upgrade x, gold, hyper-serial-cart), then it's a clone.
    If you didn't carefully buy it off one of only a very select few websites, then it's a clone.
