Hacking Is this a bad .CIA dump or just internet issue..

Hey there i installed Mario Kart 7 but i can't go online. Each time i try to play online i get error 006-0612. I'm using a legit mario kart EUR cia with 1.1 update pre-installed. Is this because i always tether wifi with my Android or just because it's something wrong with the game.
Anyone knows a fix?

I would guess it's a port issue. Some mobile operators block like everything except normal stuff (Skype, HTTP, Spotify etc.)
