Yes, in Hekate settings you can choose the firmware mode for auto boot.

There is autoRCM, which requires you always to inject your payload to boot your system. As well, it drains the battery a bit more.

What model of Switch do you own? I recommend checking the serial number to see whether your model is patched (non-vulnerable to RCM) or unpatched (vulnerable to RCM) - see here. If it's not patched then what you can do is have autoRCM which doesn't require the need of a jig; however, you still need to have a payload injector on-hand to boot into Hekake. Note that this method is permanent (not without uninstalling it), and by doing so, you risk burning out one of the eFuses - too many fuses burnt required by the firmware can permanently brick the console.

Or, instead, install an injection modchip for later models (Mariko) - chips such as the HWFLY RP2040 or Instinct NX V6 which have its own models for each revision of the Switch. Do make sure to do your diligence by researching the chip that you're buying prior to doing the install.
