qtwitgui can extract files easy as well as build iso's, pretty useful tool tbh, used it to compile punemu a few times as well as several other iso's

But you can't extract a single file, you have to extract them all.once you open an image you can then save it to various file types like, .iso, .wbfs, .wia and others, as well as fst (individual files)
