I just want the same layout to appear for all users, even if I'd have to manually sync it.

You mean your titles?? There was an app that I forget the name off but it would organise everything alphabetically iirc, may not work with tiramasu or aroma tho.

Other than that, categorise them in folders. ie nes vc, snes vc, eshop games, sytem apps, emulators etc. That's what I did.

I did categorize, however it only categorizes for one user, I'd like to sync the layout between all the console users.

I can't claim to know every homebrew app but I've been around the wii u scene a while and it's not something I ever recall coming across as a solution or even a question.

I could be wrong of course as it's not something I have actively looked at... My kids all ended up using my account as the games were completed!!

If you have Aroma, the layout is stored on the SD in sd:/wiiu/homebrew_on_menu_plugin/[serial]/save/[user]/BaristaAccountSaveFile.dat. You can just copy it from one user to the others.
In theroy you could also modify the homebrew on menu plugin to store it in the same location for all users.
If you don't have Aroma, you could manually copy the barista file from one user to the other on the mlc / usb using ftp

I tried that first but it didn't seem to work, will try again though
