Homebrew is there a way to run doom mods on 3ds? (eg. brutal doom, metal soundtrack mod etc.)

I wouldn't expect great performance in Dosbox on a 3DS, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to load mods as long as they work with PrBoom.
Can't help you with the soundtrack though, it doesn't work for me either.
