Homebrew Is there a way to get into homebrew launcher on old 11.5.0-38e?

Basically that, can I enter in homebrew launcher on old 11.5.0-38e? if the answer is no, could I enter into it in a future? Maybe in 1 or 2 months.

Unless they already got oothax prepared as a primary entrypoint to launch homebrew with, it likely wont work. They need some sort of primary point to get most things running. cubic ninja is one, and there is also mention of flipnote studio 3d that could be getting a primary entrypoint soon.

If you want to mod your 3DS (and not only use Homebrew) I suggest you to buy a Flashcard and use it.
Atm there isn't any primary entrypoint (RPGHax was patched) and you have to wait to get only HBL.

Get flipnote, by the time the entrypoint is released Nintendo might update it making it useless unless you already have it downloaded.

Download Flipnote Studio 3D on My Nintendo. An userland exploit (should be enough to modify saves) called 'lasthax' will be released when Nintendo stops supporting 3DS.

this is true as cheating (online at least) is one of the the fastest way to get yourself banned
