Hardware Is there a way around HDCP?

my switch dock broke, i bought a 3rd party one from ebay and now it complains about it not being compatible. is there a way around this? ive tried 3 different hdmi cables and another tv

You REALLY dont want to use a 3rd party dock my friend.... Even the ones that are HDCP compatible are flaky and known to harm the switch units. If you managed to find one that is not its like a knock off of a knock off and I would suggest never using it unless you want to damage your switch.

well i cant use my switch without it bc of a broken screen :( should i maybe get a used 1st party one then
