E-Shop is a pretty nifty tool. It has the DLC for every game currently available for Wii U AND you can use it with loadiine.

After you get the DLC on the E-Shop, just use ddd to dump it from your console to be used in Loadiine.

Spoof with WUP Installer and use NNU to access the E Shop.

Yes. Loadiine will work with DLC that you paid for. So you need the disc or the etitle first. Then spoof to 5.5.1 and use NNU patcher to go on eshop and buy DLC. Then use DDD to dump it. Loadiine will play it after that.
