ROM Hack Is there a recommended way to load and use cheats (e.g. Gameshark) on 3DS w Luma / Rosalina?

Hi everyone,

I am simply trying to find a way to use cheats on Fire Emblem Fates Limited Edition (EUR) [000400000017A800]. However, my search quickly transformed into confusion.

I have come across:

- The internal cheat engine of Rosalina -- and I tried using cheats on it to no avail for this game.
- Checkpoint
- Sharkive
- CTRPlugin Framework
- Action Replay Plugin

I am not sure which of these are even the same thing, but some of the guides I found seem to be very outdated -- from 2016 or earlier. Can anyone definitively recommend a way to use cheats in 3DS systems updated to the latest Luma/Rosalina and CFW? I do not use a Flash Card so please do not recommend Flash Card based solutions. Also, is there any live database that can be used that is up to date?

MODS: If this is the wrong place, be kind and move this to the correct place. I felt that cheats counts under 'utilities' but I could be wrong.
