Not very easily but if you're determined enough, it's possible. You'd need to use TCPGecko to either use get_symbol to call all the functions to open and read the file, or you can do like I did with Splatoon and possibly find it in memory to edit and make it save itself. Neither option is very easy, unless you get lucky, dump a bunch of memory, search for a hardcoded value and find it
